At Nearby Group, we are focused on performance and attention to even the smallest detail, and for 40 years we have been producing tools of the trade for sports champions and “engineering” the collections of major skiing and cycling brands, transforming their expert designers’ concepts into high-performance tools.
We operate in the plastics and composites sector and manage the entire production chain, from the idea to the finished product, with the ultimate aim not only of executing our customers’ projects but of enabling them to continue to dream and go further.

Politics 2025
The Management is committed, by providing human, instrumental, and economic resources, to pursuing the objectives of improving Quality, Worker Safety and Health, and Environmental Management of its impact on the territory as an integral part of its activities and as a strategic commitment in line with the company’s broader objectives. The NearBy Group is committed to implementing and maintaining the integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety Policy and communicates it to internal stakeholders through the company bulletin board and to external stakeholders via its institutional channels.
Efforts continue to raise awareness and promote the strategy based on risk analysis and ensuring compliance with mandatory requirements, along with the path towards greater awareness in ESG matters.
The NearBy Group aims to confirm itself as a leading cluster of companies not only for the reliability of its products but, more than ever, for the quality of services offered to Customers. Management aims to lay the foundation for increasingly accurate project management, enhancing collaboration between subsidiaries and carefully selecting its supply chain while optimizing its human resources.
The group aims to ensure respect for the environment and people by adopting binding rules not only for internal collaborations but also for suppliers, contractors, and the entire supply chain, in compliance with mandatory regulations and principles of pollution prevention and the elimination of all forms of inequality. The goal of building relationships based on mutual trust with stakeholders and being recognized for competence, ethics, transparency, and fairness includes a commitment to respond to reports, suggestions, and complaints, applicable within an expanded framework of social, ethical, and environmental responsibility, primarily through a path of awareness.
Regarding Workplace Safety, the Management is committed to ensuring that. From the initial phase of defining new activities or in the revision of existing ones, safety aspects are considered essential components.
- All workers are trained, informed, and made aware to perform their duties safely and assume their responsibilities regarding occupational health and safety.
- The entire corporate structure (supervisors, designers, system engineers, purchasing and maintenance services, workers, etc.) participates, according to their roles and competencies, in achieving the assigned safety objectives so that the design of machinery, systems, and equipment, workplaces, operational methods, and organizational aspects are carried out in a way that safeguards workers’ health.
- Information on company risks is disseminated to all workers; their training is conducted and updated with specific reference to their tasks.
- Emerging needs during work activities are addressed promptly, effectively, and diligently. Cooperation among various company resources, collaboration with business organizations, and relevant external bodies are promoted.
- All applicable laws and regulations are respected, procedures are formulated, and company standards are adhered to.
- Activities are managed with the goal of preventing accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases. This goal directs the design, operation, and maintenance of workplaces, machines, and systems, including cleaning operations.
- Hazards are eliminated, and risks are reduced concerning Occupational Health and Safety.
- Continuous improvement in Occupational Health and Safety is pursued.
- Workers and their representatives are consulted and invited to participate in collective decisions regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
In a global market where supply chains are becoming increasingly complex, it is now more necessary than ever for companies to improve awareness of the quality of procured products and enhance production traceability, promoting improvements along the supply chain where possible. The NearBy Group aims to establish a serious and meticulous monitoring system for chemicals used in its facilities.
To come as close as possible to an excellence system, it aims to establish sustainable Chemical Management practices, with continuous annual improvement.
GOALS
- Strengthen the quality system in subsidiaries, making control and communication systems both internal and external more efficient.
- Set up a group management control system aimed at defining a spending review to identify inefficiencies and improve synergies.
- Implement a certification system based on ISO standards, including an increasing number of processes and organizations.
- Establish a systematic review system for the group’s communication strategy and ingredient brands, where applicable.
- Identify new target markets.
- Complete the mapping of Health and Safety at Work activities by harmonizing standards.
- Renew, where applicable, the Second Life Plastic certification, extending the number of certified by-products.
- Promote a sense of belonging to the Group by strengthening its image, enhancing human resources, and leveraging assets.
