Co-design
Co-design is a design approach that involves all relevant stakeholders in the design process in order to ensure that the outcome meets their needs. It is based on four steps: engage (learning from each other), understand (identifying user needs), ideate (creating design concepts and prototypes), and validate (testing and evaluating prototypes with stakeholders).
