Neck Protector Development & Manufacturing

This specific project involves the development and validation of a CE-certified neck protection system for motocross and off-road applications, integrating composite structural engineering with thermoformed ergonomic components, followed by industrialization and series production.

 

The structural component was engineered using an advanced carbon polymer composite designed to withstand high-impact forces. We managed the complete 3D design and manufacturing of this rigid structure to ensure effective energy absorption under demanding off-road conditions.

 

The ergonomic-protective padding was developed in EVA material using thermoforming processes. These components were designed and produced in-house to ensure proper integration with the rigid structure while delivering the required balance of comfort and protection.

 

The project included the integration of specialized components such as FIDLOCK’s innovative magnetic fastening systems, requiring precise coordination of multiple technologies. Throughout development, laboratory testing and continuous client feedback enabled iterative refinement of both structural and comfort elements, ensuring validated performance and readiness for industrial production.
