Goggles

This motorbike goggle system featuring lenses designed alongside the frame structure for easy removal and replacement functionality. The project encompassed both hard and soft components including frame geometry, facial padding interface, and elastic strap system to ensure secure goggle retention and comfort.

The initial frame prototype was produced using 3D printing technology following extensive feedback exchanges with the client to refine the design specifications and mechanical interfaces. This iterative approach allowed for rapid and safe design modifications and functional validation before committing to tooling investments.

The development progressed from digital prototyping through sampling phases to final mass production setup. Each phase involved close collaboration with the client to optimize both the lens replacement mechanism and overall ergonomic performance, ensuring the final product met both functional requirements and manufacturing feasibility standards.
