Ce projet porte sur le d\u00e9veloppement et la validation d’un prot\u00e8ge-cou certifi\u00e9 CE destin\u00e9 aux applications moto et tout-terrain, int\u00e9grant une ing\u00e9nierie structurelle composite \u00e0 des composants ergonomiques thermoform\u00e9s, suivis de l’industrialisation et de la production en s\u00e9rie.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

La composante structurelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en composite carbone avanc\u00e9, con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des impacts \u00e0 haute \u00e9nergie. Nous avons g\u00e9r\u00e9 l’ensemble de la conception 3D<\/a> et de la fabrication de cette structure rigide afin de garantir une absorption efficace de l’\u00e9nergie dans des conditions tout-terrain exigeantes.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le rembourrage ergonomique a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en EVA par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de thermoformage<\/a>. Ces composants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us et produits en interne afin de garantir une int\u00e9gration pr\u00e9cise avec la structure rigide, tout en maintenant l’\u00e9quilibre requis entre confort et protection.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Le projet a inclus l’int\u00e9gration de composants sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s<\/a>, notamment les syst\u00e8mes de fermeture magn\u00e9tique FIDLOCK, n\u00e9cessitant une coordination pr\u00e9cise entre plusieurs technologies. Tout au long du d\u00e9veloppement, les tests en laboratoire et les retours continus du client ont permis d’affiner de mani\u00e8re it\u00e9rative les \u00e9l\u00e9ments structurels et de confort, garantissant des performances valid\u00e9es et la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 la production
